Your Mental and Emotional Life
There are two key aspects to your human experience outside the physical ones that your body experiences. These are your mental and emotional experiences, which at times are in total conflict and at other times are in perfect harmony.
Most of the time you will maintain a semblance of balance between your mental and emotional sides. But not always. That's when you have emotional outbursts or mental meltdowns.
Your emotions send a signal directly into the universe with a request to create more of that same emotion. This is why it is vitally important to foucs on maintaining an emotional state of positivity, and not negativity, as often as feasible. Doing so attracts more positive elements into your life. Not doing so has the opposite effect, which is why it is so easy to find ourselves emotionally falling in a rapidly downward spiral of negative thoughts and emotions.
Since you cannot expect to have smooth sailing for any length of time, it is best that you prepare yourself for any setbacks you encounter. As the Japanese saying goes, "Fall seven times, stand up eight."
